"Irma is by far the best real estate agent I worked with. She is very professional and organized. She also anticipated my needs and was very proactive in this competitive house market. My husband and I were looking for a rental property in Miami and were having a difficult time finding something in our price range without being outbid by other renters. Irma very carefully listened to our needs, preferred neighborhoods, and house style. She was able to quickly arrange a list of homes and viewings. We immediately began making offers. She was able to quickly find a beautiful condo in our preferred neighborhood with a reasonable rental price. I highly recommend Irma to everyone for their real estate needs."

"I recently moved to Miami and was looking to sign a lease. I called 4 agents and no one would respond. I spoke to Irma on the phone about an adjacent question and when she learned I was looking to sign a lease she happily engaged with me as her client. She showed me a wide variety of available units and followed up to schedule viewings where I wanted. Since I am new to the area, She helped give me context on the local market, advised through the negotiating process, and was in constant communication through contract completion. Overall very nice and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!"

Thank you very much for your excellent work in the process of renting my apartment and, a year later, for the sale of the same. Thank you for your professionalism and dedication to your work. She is outstanding in both the buying and selling of property; she explains every detail of the process step by step.

Irma was amazing helping me sell my Miami home! She had a clear plan from day one and stayed on top of every single opportunity. She’s a proactive problem-solver who doesn't let anything get in the way of a deal. Beyond her energy, she’s naturally social and great at building relationships. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor in Florida!.

The best Realtor in Miami! We've worked with her since 2022, and her work has been impeccable. She found us the house we wanted in Miami at a super price! She has a great team and addresses every concern from the beginning of the process until we receive the keys to our property! We are so grateful to Irma and her amazing work!
